- "You," "Customer": Refers to the individual or entity using our laundry services.
3. Services Provided
- ExcelWash provides laundry, dry cleaning, and related services in Patna.
- We strive to handle your garments with the utmost care and return them in a clean, fresh condition.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Clothing Inspection: You must check your garments for any special care instructions, stains, or damages before handing them over to us.
- Item Count: Ensure you provide an accurate count of items when submitting them for service.
- Timely Pickup: Please pick up your laundered items promptly after receiving notification that they are ready.
5. Garment Care and Liability
- We follow the care instructions on garment labels. If no instructions are provided, we will clean the garment using our best judgment.
6. Loss or Damage
- In the unlikely event that a garment is lost or damaged, our liability is limited to the lesser of the fair market value of the item or 10 times the service charge for that item.
- Please report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving your garments.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you before services are rendered.
