At Excelwash, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, re-cleaning, or service adjustments may be provided. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Proven service quality issues directly attributable to Excelwash.
- Incorrect billing or overcharging for services not rendered.
- Loss of garments while in Excelwash custody (subject to investigation).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Natural wear and tear, fabric shrinkage, or color bleeding.
- Damage due to incorrect or missing care labels.
- Issues caused by items left in pockets (pens, chemicals, electronics).
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not aligned with industry standards.
4. Re-cleaning Policy
In most cases, Excelwash will first offer a free re-cleaning of the affected items instead of a refund. Re-cleaning requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Notify Excelwash within 24 hours of receiving the service.
- Provide the original invoice or proof of payment.
- Allow inspection of the items in question, if required.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
6. Service Cancellation
Orders canceled before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled after pickup or processing are not eligible for refunds.
7. Commercial & Contract Clients
Refunds for hospitals, hotels, and commercial clients are governed by the terms specified in individual service agreements. This policy applies only where not overridden by a signed contract.
8. Policy Modifications
Excelwash reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
