1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Excelwash. By accessing our website and using our professional laundry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Excelwash.

2. Services Overview

Excelwash provides commercial and retail laundry solutions, including but not limited to hospital laundry, dry cleaning, commercial linen management, and laundromat services. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning and hygiene standards for all garments and textiles entrusted to our care.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding garment care instructions if they differ from standard labels.
  • Ensure that pockets are empty of hazardous materials or valuables before handing over laundry.
  • Promptly pay for services rendered as per the agreed payment terms.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies with delivered items within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Service Availability

While we aim for 100% service uptime, our operations may effectively be subject to scheduled maintenance, equipment upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially if safety or hygiene protocols are compromised.

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our invoices or at our counters. For commercial contracts, payment terms are strictly as defined in your specific service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Excelwash exercises the utmost care in processing your items. However, we are not liable for:

  • Natural wear and tear, shrinkage, or color bleeding resulting from the fabric's inherent quality.
  • Damage to items caused by objects left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipstick).
  • Loss of buttons, buckles, or other non-secured accessories.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ten (10) times the cost of cleaning the item in dispute, regardless of brand or value.

7. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
